We’re back up and running for Winter 2023-24. Very excited to start to see some snow out there. As is usual for early season, not all observing sites are running yet. We’ll keep an eye on those. Please be in touch with comments. A reminder to Colorado users: The avalanche hazard shown on the ‘snow’ plot will correspond to the lat/lon of the snow measuring instrument for that site. For example, the ‘North Routt’ site uses the Lost Dog Snotel to measure snow, so that location is where we’re pulling the avalanche hazard. This practice is due to CAIC using variable forecast zones.
